MODFLOW is a widely-used groundwater modeling software maintained by the U.S. Geological Survey. One of the MODFLOW package used to simulate water exchange between streams and groundwater is the STR package. The behavior of this package is not immediately intuitive, so this set of images illustrates the model's response to a range of different conditions.
